Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Premier Student Halls refer-a-friend offer advertised on the booking page.

  1. The offer is available when two friends both complete a booking for eligible rooms at Premier Student Halls.
  2. Each student will receive GBP 100 off towards their first month's rent once both bookings are fully confirmed.
  3. Both bookings must be made directly with Premier Student Halls and must reference the refer-a-friend offer at the point of booking.
  4. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, referral, cashback, or promotional campaign unless agreed in writing.
  5. If one booking is cancelled, withdrawn, or becomes ineligible, the discount may be removed from both bookings.
  6. The discount has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to another tenancy, resident, or academic year.
  7. Premier Student Halls reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time before booking confirmation.
